ISPChamp is modular. Start with the core platform, add modules as needed. Each can be added or removed from the admin console at any time. Starter includes 1 module, Professional 3, Enterprise all.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial?+
Professional includes a 30-day free trial with full features. No card required to start.
What payment methods do you accept?+
bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, and international cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay against an invoice on net-30 terms.
Do you offer on-prem deployment?+
Enterprise plans include on-prem deployment. The vBNG component always runs on your infrastructure regardless of plan tier.
What about the vBNG hardware?+
You provide the x86 server (we recommend Dell R650 / Supermicro with DPDK-compatible NICs — Mellanox CX-6 reference). We handle all software deployment, tuning, and ongoing operations.
