Built by an operator, not a SaaS team.
ISPChamp is built by KaritKarma — operators running production carrier infrastructure in Dhaka, 2 Tbps aggregate. Bangladesh has 2,500+ ISPs and zero modern tooling that understands the local stack. We built what we needed. Now we're shipping it.
[ 01 ] / The story
Working closely with ISPs across Bangladesh, we kept seeing the same problems — manual spreadsheets, fragile PHP billing systems, legacy stacks that couldn't handle auto-provisioning, real-time monitoring, or IPv6.
The international commercial ISP platforms were either too expensive, too rigid, or designed for markets that look nothing like Bangladesh. No bKash. No NID verification. No BTRC compliance. No Bangla.
So we built ISPChamp — a modern, multi-tenant ISP platform for South Asian operators. Then we realised the hardware BRAS was the next bottleneck. So we built that too.
[ 02 ] / Trajectory
2018
The legacy era
Bangladesh's ISPs run on fragile PHP billing systems — monolithic, ionCube-encrypted, impossible to extend. No APIs, no automation, no integration.
2021
Growing pains
At 2 Tbps and thousands of subscribers, legacy stacks hit their limits. ionCube-encrypted PHP, MySQL bottlenecks, manual OLT provisioning slow everything down.
2024
ISPChamp begins
KaritKarma starts building from scratch — Go microservices, Next.js frontends, PostgreSQL, and a vision for a software-defined BNG.
2025
Platform launch
ISPChamp ships with 8 Go services, 4 web portals, 6 OLT vendor drivers, 8 payment gateways, and BTRC-compliant operations. Multi-tenant SaaS from day one.
2026
vBNG enters beta
IPoE + PPPoE dual-mode, VPP / DPDK data plane, FRRouting for BGP and OSPF. Commodity x86 replaces dedicated hardware BRAS appliances.
Four working principles.
[ 01 ]
Operator-first
Every feature is battle-tested on real ISP traffic before it ships. Built with deep domain expertise from running our own network.
[ 02 ]
No vendor lock-in
6 OLT vendors. 5 router platforms. Commodity x86 for the BNG. Your infrastructure, your choice — we adapt to it, not the other way round.
[ 03 ]
Bangladesh-native
BTRC compliance, NID verification, bKash / Nagad / Upay, NBR VAT, Bangla in the UI. Not an afterthought — the foundation.
[ 04 ]
Software-defined future
Every network function that can move to software, should. Hardware should switch packets. Everything else belongs in code.
